About Meredith

I am a vibrant, powerful, present woman, living in love with my journey called life.  I am a woman overflowing with smiles and laughter, tears of frustration, and love and gratitude for THIS MOMENT.  I am not perfect; I make mistakes, and do my best to learn from them daily.  I believe that life is a series of purposeful mistakes and every person that we connect with on a visual, emotional, heart level, is no error.  I believe that people come into our lives sometimes for a season, and sometimes for a reason.  I believe you either win, or you learn, there is no losing in life.  I am on a mission to be the best that I can be in this world; to walk my talk, to act out my scenes, and to support anyone and everyone in this world in doing the same.

Meredith discovered her passion for supporting others in achieving their dreams and goals when she started teaching dance classes and mentoring students in her teenage years.  After working for her family business in the high-end jewelry industry for nearly 10 years, she left in search of a career that would serve her deep desire to be of service to the community.  After being entrenched in management in the dental field for over ten years, and what equates to nearly 15 workweeks of personal development workshops, she realized she still had a hunger to sit with others in their highest of highs and lowest of lows in support of their processes of pleasure and discomfort in life.  She decided after this realization that it was time for her to make the jump from the corporate service world to the personal service world and fulfill her passions of supporting individuals to overcome their struggles and thrive in their triumphs through the realm of life coaching and strategy.  Having training in corporate management and psychology, she is a Certified Professional Co-Active® Coach, obtaining her coaching certification from Coaches Training Institute, the leader in coach training.  In addition to coaching, she enjoys taking dance classes, salsa dancing, endurance training, sailing, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering her time at Guide Dogs for the Blind’s National Headquarters.
